Firstly — massive congrats! You’re planning one of life’s biggest milestones and I’m here to make sure your ceremony is unforgettable, meaningful, and 100% you. Whether you’re tying the knot or celebrating your love in your own unique way, I craft personalised, heartfelt wedding and commitment ceremonies for couples all over Ireland.
From intimate ceremonies to larger festivities, I bring warmth, creativity and a touch of magic to every ceremony. I’ll work closely with you to design a day that reflects your story, values, and vision — with plenty of laughs and absolutey no stress.
What I Offer
I create fully bespoke legal wedding ceremonies and non-legal commitment ceremonies (same energy, just without the paperwork).
Want to add handfasting, a candle ritual, or something totally different? I am happy to bring your vision to life. You can customise your ceremony as much (or as little) as you like — as long as it’s safe and legal, the sky’s the limit.
Ceremony Enhancements
Add a special ritual to reflect your culture, values, or just because you love the idea. Here are some favourites:
✦ Handfasting – “Tying the Knot”
A beautiful nod to ancient Irish tradition, handfasting symbolises the binding of your love. Ribbons or cords of your choosing are gently tied around your joined hands — by me or even by loved ones — as a symbol of unity. Each colour can represent a wish, blessing or value. Gorgeous for photos and rich in meaning.
✦ Unity Candle Ceremony
This classic ritual symbolises two lives coming together. You’ll each light a central candle from two taper candles, representing your individual paths merging into one. It’s a timeless, non-religious favourite that also offers a lovely way to include family and friends.
✦ Sand Blending Ceremony
Perfect for beach lovers, blended families, or anyone wanting a striking visual. Each person pours their own coloured sand into a central vessel, creating a one-of-a-kind keepsake that represents your unity — and individuality. Kids can even join in (with their own colour, or… a bit of creative chaos!).
✦ Salt Covenant Ritual
Inspired by ancient traditions, this ritual is all about unbreakable promises. You each pour a pinch of salt into a shared container — grains that can never be separated again. A poetic symbol of lasting commitment.
✦ Ring Warming
Let your guests infuse your rings with love and good vibes. Rings are passed hand-to-hand (secured of course!) so each guest can bless them with a silent wish. For larger weddings, a ring warming station at the entrance works beautifully.
✦ Wine Box & Love Letters
A mini time capsule of your love. You each write a heartfelt letter to your future selves and seal them in a box with a bottle of wine — to be opened on your 5th anniversary (or during a rainy day in marriage). A ritual that blends romance, memory and intention.
