What areas do you cover?+
I'm based in Blackrock, Co. Louth and happily serve weddings throughout Ireland, including Leinster, Dublin, Meath, Kildare and beyond. If your venue is further away, please get in touch. I’m happy to travel.
What kinds of ceremonies do you offer?+
Weddings, elopements, vow renewals, baby namings and mixed faith, non-religious or spiritual ceremonies, all tailored to your story and values. I also specialise in Celtic traditions like handfasting and ring warming.
How soon should we book you?+
The sooner, the better. Popular dates fill up fast. As soon as you enquire I'll check availability and reserve your date once you're happy to proceed.
What's involved in the planning process?+
I begin with a chat to get to know your story, style and vision.
Then I draft a personalised ceremony script for you to review and tweak.
I'll guide you through a rehearsal if needed, and coordinate the ceremony with you and your venue.
On the day, I arrive early, set the tone and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Can we include our own vows, rituals or readings?+
Absolutely. This is your ceremony. A personal vow, a favourite poem, a handfasting ritual or a ring warming moment: I'll weave in whatever matters most to you.
Are you a registered solemniser?+
Yes. I am fully HSE registered as a celebrant and solemniser, which means I'm legally authorised to officiate your ceremony in accordance with Irish law.
What are your fees and what's included?+
Fees vary depending on date, location and type of ceremony. Always included: a personalised consultation and planning process, a fully bespoke ceremony script, on the day attendance and officiating, and travel within the agreed area.
Once you contact me, I'll send a clear breakdown of the investment and what to expect.
What if our guest numbers change or our plans shift?+
Life happens. I’m flexible. If numbers or timings shift, I'll adapt the script and logistics. If the date changes, let me know as soon as possible and I'll check availability.
How do we secure our date with you?+
Once you're happy to move forward, I'll email a service agreement and you pay a booking deposit with clearly stated terms. After that, your date is officially reserved.
What if we just want an elopement or something small and intimate?+
No problem at all. Whether it's 2 guests or 200, I tailor the tone and structure to suit your scale and style. If you're going very small, I'll suggest ways to make it warm, meaningful and relaxed.
Can we choose the location ourselves?+
Yes, if it’s legal in your chosen location and the logistics work (permissions, travel, weather). I'm always happy to discuss non-traditional venues.
What happens if unforeseen things occur?+
I plan ahead: if your venue has a weather contingency, I'll coordinate with you and your venue. In case of illness or emergency on my part, I have procedures and a backup referral in place. Your ceremony matters. I’ll do everything I can to make sure it goes ahead smoothly.
